Maxplus96 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

• "Rollover" or "Turnover" – refers to the total wagering amount a member must reach before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Masculine terms include the feminine and vice versa. Singular includes plural where the context requires it.

To register and use the maxplus96 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Resident in or physically located within Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or betting ban list maintained by any relevant authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not to register on behalf of another individual.

Maxplus96 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts opened by underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all funds forfeited upon verification.

Only one account permitted per individual, IP address, device, residential address, phone number, or payment method. Holding multiple accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and up to date. maxplus96 is not liable for any losses resulting from false information provided by a member.

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account, including all bets, financial transactions, and bonus usage. maxplus96 considers all account activity to have been carried out by the rightful account owner.

You are required to keep your password confidential your account at all times. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. maxplus96 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Deposit Limit:

Withdrawal Limits:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.

• Maxplus96 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawals.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account in the member's own name. maxplus96 does not accept payments from third parties. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source, maxplus96 reserves the right to freeze the funds and request an explanation from the member.

Maxplus96 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are outside maxplus96's control.

Maxplus96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions tied to major matches such as the Malaysia Super League or EPL. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Typical rollover requirements range from 5x to 20x bonus value.
• Bonuses must be used within the stipulated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

Sports Betting: Odds displayed are current at the time of placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed. maxplus96 reserves the right to void bets accepted during technical disruptions or where a significant odds error has occurred.

Slots & Casino Games: All games use audited random number generators (RNG). Game results are final. Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on recorded system logs.

Lottery: Purchased lottery tickets cannot be cancelled. Draw results are final and cannot be disputed. Lottery winnings will be credited to the member's account within 24 hours of the official results being released.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maxplus96 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to automate betting or interactions with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonuses.

Maxplus96 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the maxplus96 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned within 5 business days after the account closure process is completed and identity verification is carried out.

For accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, an administrative fee of RM5 per month will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the member reactivates their account.

Maxplus96 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues on the member's end.
• Errors made by a member when placing a wager.
• Betting losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of our services.

Under no circumstances shall maxplus96's total liability to any member exceed that member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Maxplus96 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions. We will make every effort to maintain 99.9% platform availability at all times, though scheduled maintenance and system updates may cause temporary interruptions.
